Roast Beef Supper to benefit Ozanam House

Come join us for our famous Roast Beef Supper, with vegetables, potatoes, rolls, and homemade desserts. You will be helping support a local organization that helps others, enjoying a delicious dinner, making new friends, and with no need to do the dishes. The cost is $10 per person, and tickets are available at the door.

Golden View Eucharist -

Join us at 11 a.m. on the second Thursday of the month for a time of worship with the residents of Golden View Health Care Facility on Route 104 in Meredith. We pray together, read from Scripture, sing, and share in the Eucharist. All are welcome.

Kid's Night Out

6-12th graders are invited to come to Trinity, for dinner, fun and fellowship. We have something special planned for this month, so don’t miss the fun. Friends are welcome, and letting Robin know by Sunday morning how many are attending would be very helpful and thoughtful.

Tuesday, March 11 at 1 p.m.

Knitting for Peace
Knitting for Peace is a time to share stories, reflective knitting, and ministry.
All are welcome to bring knitting or other handwork, or just to share in some prayerful time of fellowship, silence, and conversation.

Lenten Activities

Tuesday Lenten Prayer service

On Tuesdays at noon during the Lenten season, there will be a contemplative half hour service which will include prayer, scripture, silence and meditation. All are welcome

Holy Week – March 16 - 23

Palm Sunday

Sunday, March 16 is Palm Sunday. We will begin the service with the blessing of Palms, and a festive celebration. The service includes the Passion Narrative and moves us into the remembrance of the last week of Jesus’ life.

Holy Wednesday

Stations of the Cross

At 5 p.m. , there will be a service that is especially geared for children and includes stops at each of the Stations. At 7 p.m. , there will be a more traditional Stations of the Cross service.

Additionally, the Stations will be up in the church throughout Lent, and you may come during the daytime to walk them on your own. Booklets will be available to help you on the way.

Maundy Thursday

At 5:30 p.m. , we will have a celebration of the Eucharist in the parish hall, including the ceremony of foot washing. This will be followed by a simple meal of bread and soup. We will them move to the church for the stripping of the altar, and preparation for Good Friday. The church will be open all night for those who would like to keep vigil.

Good Friday

At noon on March 21, we will share in an ecumenical service, to be held at First Congregational Church, Highland St , Meredith. The service will last about 45 minutes.

At 7 p.m. , at Trinity, we will have the Good Friday Liturgy.

Easter Eve

On Saturday, at 8 p.m. , we will celebrate the Great Vigil of Easter, the most diverse service of the year. It includes stories of faith from the Old Testament, while the church is in darkness, the renewal of Baptismal Vows, the first acclamation of Easter, while the Alleluias are unburied from the baptismal font, and the first Eucharist of Easter. Come join us for this wonderful service, and bring a bell.

Easter Sunday – The Feast of the Resurrection

Come share our joy at 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. for a festive celebration of Christ rising from death. Both services will have music, with choir at the 10 a.m. service, and a joyous celebration of Eucharist.

At 5 p.m. , we share in a pot luck Easter dinner, to which all are invited and welcome. A reverse egg hunt means that the young people hide the eggs, and the adults get to hunt.

Wednesday, March 26

Mission Center Day at Trinity

Bishop Robinson will be available for appointments, a time for sharing in Eucharist at noon , and an opportunity to gather with those from other churches and to celebrate the life of our Diocese. More specific details to follow.

Sunday, May 11, Pentecost – 9:30 a.m.

Bishop’s Visitation

Bishop Robinson’s will be making his every other year visitation, will preach and celebrate at our 9:30 a.m. service, and have time to meet with different groups in the parish. Please save the date for this exciting event.
